Standard Toolbar

This toolbar contains controls for Views, Horizons, and calculation.

The first section contains View controls:

	Previous View: goes back to the previous display settings.
	Add Current View: creates a new View in the model from the current display settings.
	Manage Views: opens the dialog to add, delete, edit, or reorder the views in the model.

The second section contains the Calculation control:

Calculate: updates the model response calculations.

The third section contains Horizon controls:

	Import Horizon: activates the Import Horizon dialog to add a horizon to the model.
	Export Horizon: activates the Export Horizon dialog to export a named Horizon to an XYZ file.
