Set Axis Range

The limits define the range of the axis to be included in the current View. Set the range by specifying upper and/or lower limits.

In panes where the vertical axis is measured in distance or time, you may also adjust the range by specifying the desired vertical exaggeration or aspect ratio. A range for the axis will be calculated based on this ratio and the range will remain centered at the current center of the pane.

In order to save the new range for use the next time you open this model, you must save it as a View.

To Set Axis Range

1. In the desired pane, right-click in the pane header. The pane pop-up menu appears.

2. Select Change Range.

3. Specify the Min and Max limits.

4. Specify the Display decimal places. Depending on the pane selected, you may have other options for configuration.

5. Click OK. The changes appear in the model.
