Magnetic Anomaly Pane
The Magnetic Anomaly pane displays the observed and calculated magnetic anomalies for the portion of the model displayed in the Cross-Section pane. The vertical axis may be displayed in gammas (cgs) or nanotesla (SI). The display limits may be changed by using the scroll bar, or by using the Magnetic Anomaly Axis pop-up menu and either entering the limits explicitly or using the Autoscale feature.
When Magnetic Gradient calculations are enabled, the observed and calculated magnetic gradient are displayed in the Magnetics Anomaly Pane along with a colour-coded legend entry. The Change Unit option in the pop-up menu allows you to choose between displaying magnetic gradient curves in gammas/meter or gammas/kilometer.
If Single Block Response is enabled by selecting Show SBRs in the Display Menu, the magnetic response curves are displayed and Magnetic Gradient curves are temporarily disabled.
