Specifying Input Units in CVTGMS

DIG & XYZ, IHF, and DXF files, and some other import formats may not correctly identify the units that the X- and Z-values represent. This dialog enables you to tell CVTGMS what units the imported values represent. By default, CVTGMS assumes values are in kilometers.

To Specify Input Units

1. On the Execute menu, select Alter Unit. The Profile Data Units dialog appears.

2. Set the X unit and Z unit values.

3. Click OK. The dialog closes and the changes appear in the model.
