3D Forward Calculation

Use the 3D Forward Calculation dialog to calculate the gravity response of a 3D model layer. It is not intended to be invoked directly by the user.

Number of Taylor Series Terms

This is the number of terms in the Taylor series calculation. It must be an odd number, greater than or equal to 3. The default is 5.

Application Notes

3D Forward Calculation (GMS3CALCF.GX) is called from GMS3MCALCF.GX, the multi layer forward calculation component of GM-SYS 3D, which in turn has front ends GMS3MAGF.GX and GMS3GRAVF.GX for mag and gravity calculations respectively
