To Sub-set a Database Based on a Polygon Mask File

  1. Make sure a database is selected in your project.

  2. On the ChemAnalyse menu, click Classify by region|Apply mask to data. The Create mask channel dialog is displayed.

  3. Type the name of your new subset database and select the masked channel (default ChemMask) click the OK button. The system creates the subset database and displays it on your screen.
