If you experience any difficulties getting your system started or using your system, your first lines of support are the technical documentation and application help provided with the product. There are, in fact, two help systems you can use: the Windows-based Oasis montaj Information System and a context-sensitive based system that you access by running a dialog and pressing the Help image\helpicon.jpg button.

If you cannot find the answers or for critical support issues, contact the Support Team directly.

You can also submit a Support Request for any technical/product issues you might have or to send any feedback you have on the product or services.

Seequent's global support model means all customer email requests, including those received after hours, are responded to by a global Support Team representative from one of the global offices.
