CMNT (User comment)

Indicates the start of a comment area. Characters following this command, and any sub-command up to the next valid command, are ignored by MAPPLOT and may be used for user comments. MAPPLOT echoes comments to the user's screen during plot creation. Comments must be enclosed in quotes.
