Time Windows

New versions of the IPR12 dump files may contain user-programmed values for the time windows. If they are present, they will always override this selection. See the table below for a description of the window widths.

Script Parameter: IP.IPR12WIN – "-1: Rely on dump file definitions (default), 0-5 – Use the pre-defined values for receive times; respectively 1,2,4,8,16 and 32 seconds.

Line Direction

Usually, the line and stations directions are included in the dump file and parameter is ignored. In some cases, line and station positions take on the form "0+" with no direction, and it is in these cases that this parameter should be specified.

Select one of N-S, E-W. This is a nominal line direction, and determines whether the lines line and/or station values are to be "X" and "Y" values. (The directions themselves need not be included in output plots.) By default, lines run East-West, so that stations positions become "X" values and line positions become "Y" values.

Script Parameter: IP.LINEDIR -- "1" : N-S, "-1" : E-W

Application Notes

Off-scale values "9999.0" are replaced by dummies "*" on import.

Pre-set Windows

The following table gives the delay to the first window, and the individual time slice widths in ms. The "*" values indicate windows that are not used. The IPR12 import always creates array channels with 14 windows. Unused windows are filled with dummy ("*") values.
