Visible Cell Statistics

Use the Voxel Statistics for Visible Cells tool to view statistical information for the visible voxel cells. The dialog can be accessed by clicking the Visible Cell Statistics button on the Attributes tab of the Voxel Viewer or 3D Viewer.

The dialog is updated in real time when voxel clipping is applied or if the rendering of the voxel is downsampled.

Voxel Statistics for Visible Cells dialog options

Voxel name	The name of the selected voxel.
Valid data	The number of visible valid data items.
Dummies	The number of dummy data items within the current XYZ clipping region of the voxel. These items are never visible.
Volume	The volume of the visible items.
Minimum	The minimum value in the visible volume.
Maximum	The maximum value in the visible volume.
Mean value	The mean value in the visible volume.
Standard deviation	The standard deviation in the visible volume.
