To Apply a Polygon Mask to a Database

1. Make sure a database is selected in your project.

2. On the ChemAnalyse menu, click Classify by region|Apply mask to data. The Create mask channel dialog is displayed.

3. Select the polygon file. Select the Work inside or outside area parameter and then click the OK button. The system writes fiducial values to the ChemMask channel.
