If you work with characters that cannot be represented by the ASCII table (characters 1-127), Oasis montaj supports the Unicode libraries from Microsoft and other third-party libraries allowing for interaction and visual representation using non-ASCII characters. All Oasis montaj dialogs and document windows are "unicode" enabled, allowing you to seamlessly share your maps and databases with others with different regional settings and even different language versions of the Windows OS.

The example above shows how characters from different languages can be used together in the same document.
