New Template
Use the New Template dialog to create a new SEMPLOT template. This dialog appears when the New button is selected in the Create a Plot dialog.

This optional parameter lets you begin with a copy of another template. This field may be left blank, in which case default values will be assigned to the new template. |

[XYPlot] or [Triplot] |
Select either an XY plot or a Triplot. This works even if the "model" template is of the opposite type, since most parameters are shared. |
Application Notes
The pre-defined templates reside in the \Geosoft\Desktop Applications \etc directory. Edited and new templates are stored in the %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Geosoft\Desktop Applications \etc folder, so the originals are never overwritten.
