Create Subset Database
Use the Create Subset Database menu option (CHSUBSET GX) to create a new SUBSET database from a Master database. The subset database will only include data that is not dummy in the Mask channel.
The option is available in the following menus:

The new subset database you wish to create Script Parameter: CHSUBSET:DATABASE |

Mask channel |
The channel you wish to use as the mask channel. The default mask channel is set from the CHPREFERENCES GX (Geochem Import/Preferences...). Script Parameter: CHSUBSET:CHANNEL |
Application Notes
The GX is used to generate a subset database based on information contained within the mask channel (ChemMask).
