Shifting a Model Along the Profile

The Shift Model dialog enables you to move all of the model surfaces and the data (as a unit) relative to the profile origin (0,0). All movement is in the plane of the profile, along the azimuth and/or vertically.

You may wish to use a combination of flipping and shifting your model to position it correctly relative to your other data.

To Shift a Model

1. On the Execute menu, select Shift XZ. The Shift Model dialog appears.

2. Specify the amount to shift the X and/or Z surfaces.

3. Click OK. The dialog closes and the changes appear.
