Convert Skewed Model

The model definition has been modified to enable observation stations to be located off-line (i.e. they may have a Y-offset relative to the profile). This removes the need for a "skewed" coordinate system within the model.

Skewed models are no longer allowed in GM-SYS Profile Modelling. All models must have a strike angle orthogonal to the profile azimuth.
