Profile Scale Options

By default, the scaling of the vertical axis is set to Linear.

Select the Log option if your data contains data spanning over many orders of magnitude and you want to display the profile using the logarithmic scale.

Select this scale option if you want the profile to be displayed with a Log/Linear format.

If you have selected either the Log or the Log/Linear scale option, enter a minimum log value. The default value is 1.

The profile data will be plotted based on the specified value and the scale option selected:

• Log: values with a log smaller than this value will not be plotted.
• Log/Linear: if the absolute value of the logarithm of a data value is greater than Log minimum, it is plotted on a logarithmic scale; if it is smaller than this value, it is plotted on a linear scale.

Source Line

Select this option to change the line to be profiled to the line previous to the current one.

By default, the profile source line is set to the currently selected line.

Select this option to change the profiled line to the line next to the current one.
