Map Setup

Select a page size from the drop-down list. Click on thebutton located to the right of the field to add a new/edit an existing page size.

Specify a map scale in the Map scale box, or click the Auto button to determine the map scale based on the data extents and the selected page size.

Map scale units. This is for reference purposes only. The units are obtained from the projection contained in the project, or specified in the Oasis montaj user settings.

Specify a name tag for the fence map.

The output map name is "FenceTAG.map", where "TAG" is the Map name tag value.

If a name tag is entered and the Prefix option is enabled, the tag is added to the beginning of the file name (for example, "TAGFence.map").

Components

Check to enable the plotting of a profile window on the map.

To specify the profile window parameters, select the Profiles tab; using the Browse button, locate and select the grid file to use to calculate the profile across the section.

Click this button to display the Fence Section Map Layout dialog. Use this dialog to define your map layout; for more information click the Help button on the dialog.

Legend

Check to plot a legend on the fence diagram map.

Check to list plotted holes in the legend area of the fence diagram map.

Check to plot the plan map in the legend area of the fence diagram map. This map is automatically scaled to show the fence section trace with the hole locations and hole ID labels.

Check to plot borders around the legend.

Check to plot a scale bar in the legend area of the fence diagram map.

Click this button to display the Position Logo dialog; for more information click the Help button on the dialog.

Titles

Check to plot titles content on the fence diagram map.

Specify a 'company' name.

Specify a 'property' name.

Specify a map title.

Specify a map subtitle.
