Print Preview
Use the Project > Print > Print Preview menu option to display the active map, as it would appear when printed. When you choose this command, the main window will be replaced with a print preview window in which one or two pages will be displayed in their printed format.
When previewing a map, the system gives you the option of selecting the part of the map that you want to preview and whether you want to scale the view or fit it in the viewing window (page).
You have the option of viewing either one or two pages at a time; moving back and forth through the document; zooming in and out of pages; and starting a print job.
