ER Mapper colour lookup table (*.lut)

An ER Mapper colour lookup table file (LUT) is an ASCII file that is used to define image colours.

ER Mapper uses colour lookup tables to control the colours used to display images; each lookup table contains a set of 255 colours.

Using the Colour Tool, you can save a customised ER Mapper (LUT) file, or load a previously created LUT file.

A LUT file can be saved as one of the following types:

  • Aggregate image (AGG)

  • Index transform (ITR)

  • Colour table (TBL)

  • Colour zone (ZON) file (Select Colour Scheme)
