Add Drillhole Data to the Active Map or Scene
Summary
Add drillhole data feature classes or attributes to the active map or scene, as layers. The drillhole data added will be automatically symbolized with convenient defaults.
Usage
Click on Drillhole Data in the Add to Map section of the Target tab, to open the Drillhole Datasets pane. The Add Data tab under the Drillhole Datasets pane presents the current drillhole dataset in an order list which makes sense for viewing a drillhole project: The spatial location information about the drillholes is presented in this order:
- Collars, Traces, Depth Ticks, and Dip Azimuth Survey data
- From/To Data and Point Data groups.
Expanding a feature class will show the various attributes in each feature class, which can be used for symbology.
Slide any number of toggles to the right and then press the Apply button, in order to add the selected feature classes or attributes to the active map or scene.
The layers added will have default symbology automatically applied.
Adding data at the attribute level will automatically symbolize the layer based on the selected attribute.
The tool resets to a default state after the layers have been added.
