Leapfrog Works/Seequent Evo Data Flow
In Seequent Evo, data is organised into workspaces where access is controlled by assigning users and granting them different permission levels. In a Leapfrog Works project, you can import data from the Evo workspaces you have access to. You can also publish data in the project to Evo workspaces you have Owner and Editor access to.
- Data imported from Seequent Evo is linked to the Evo workspace. You can import data into a Leapfrog Works that belongs to different Evo workspaces, but data objects published to Evo can only be published to one workspace.
- When members of your team make changes to objects that are in your Leapfrog Works project, those objects will be marked as out-of-date in Leapfrog Works. The reloading of data from Seequent Evo does not happen automatically; you can choose when to reload those objects and work with the updated object instead.
- Once you have modified an object in Leapfrog Works, you can publish the updated object back to Seequent Evo where it can be accessed by other members of your team.
