Edit Polygon Vertices

Oasis montaj includes polygon editing tools. These tools enable you to edit polygon vertices, add exclusion regions to polygons, and to switch between editing the vertices of main polygons and vertices of the exclusion regions polygons.

The Edit Vertices option is available under the Map window context menu and on the Map polygon-editing toolbar when you have a polygon selected when in Edit mode.

To access the Edit Vertices option:

1. Ensure the polygon to be edited is displayed on the map.

2. In the Map Manager tool, select the polygon group, right-click and select Edit Vector Group. A shaded frame will appear around the polygon on the map.

3. On the map, right-click and select the Edit Vertices option.

4. The polygon vertices are now highlighted by square symbols on the map. Click the left-mouse button to move them around the map.

5. When you are done editing, right click the mouse button and select End Editing.
