Add a Body to the GM-SYS 3D Model
Adding a closed body to a GM-SYS 3D Model subdivides the model by enclosing a volume within an existing layer. The new body is assigned default properties which may be refined by modifying them in the Properties panel.
Add Body dialog options

Geosurface file |
Select the closed geosurface file that describes the geometry of the body to be added. |

Body name |
Enter a unique name for the new body that describes it in terms of the model or geology. |
Application Notes
The geosurface file is reprojected, resampled, and clipped to match the model. The body is allowed to be coincident with layers, but not to cross. If there are potential crossings, you will be given options to resolve the conflicts or cancel the operation.
