For Imago Admins

Imago Admins signing in to the Imago Portal have additional tools available in the sidebar:

• Data Definitions. In this part of the portal, you can set up data definitions, which are the basis for all data collection in Imago.
• Users. In this part of the portal you can add and manage users. If you have an Imago Enterprise Licence, you can also manage user groups here.

Admins also have unrestricted access to workspaces, capture profiles and image tools.

• User Roles, Application Access and Permissions. This topic describes the tools available for determining what access to an Imago subscription any individual user has.
